Individual Therapy
We provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, college-age young adults, and their families.
We believe families can be a great source of strength in promoting children’s development. We also believe that sometimes life circumstances or an individual’s particular difficulties call for additional support and/or expertise. Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based approaches and other techniques to address your specific concerns. Treatment approaches may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, parenting support, family systems therapy, targeted problem-solving, and supportive therapy, depending on the presenting issues.
